Vipras Corporation Ltd and Vipras Castings Ltd.,

The Promoters of the Group are in Steel Trading for the past 25 years. Mr. Himatlal P.Goradia, the Group Chairman started his business as a trader at the age of 25 and with an investment of $20 in 1962. With sheer hardwork and dedicated efforts, the business grew in leaps and bounds. As the list of satisfied customers enlarged, Mr.Himatlal.P.Goradia with his technical team set up in 1991 a forging plant at a cost of $ 2.5 millions in technical collaboration with M/s.Edelstahlwerke Buderus AG of Germany. In 1996, the group set up a Steel Melting Shop as a backward integration to forge shop. Both the units are at Khopoli, Maharashtra State, 70 kms. from Mumbai.

VIPRAS CORPORATION LTD., is a widely held Public Limited Company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The Company has a Open Die Forge shop. The Forge Shop has a 1000 ton hydraulic forging press alongwith Integrated 8 ton Rail Bound Manipulator and a 8 ton Swinging Arm Turn Table, manufactured by Schloemann Germany. Our Forge shop is an certified ISO 9001 - 2000 by TUV NORD.

VIPRAS CASTING LTD., is a ISO 9001 approved Speciality Steel Melting shop. It was setup as a backward integration to the group's Forge Shop. The main equipment consists of Induction Furnace, LRF., AOD, & Concast Machine.

Vipras manufactures Forged Round Bars, Hot Die Steel Rounds, Cold Working Tool Steel, Die Steel, Stainless Steel and Open Die Forged Components. Vipras also offers Master Alloy Billets in Stainless Steel (for remelting by Investment / Sand Casting Units) Rolled & As Cast Billets in Stainless Steel (for Rerolling / Wire Rod Mills) and As0 Cast Rounds in Stainless & Alloy Steels, for Seamless Tube manufacturing application.

GORADIA IMPEX PVT. LTD. is engaged in International Trading in Steel, Metals & Scrap.

MACHINOCRAFT are pioneers in manufacturing State of Art Solar Water Heating Systems & Wind Solar Hybrid Systems.
